For couples seeking something truly personal, a custom script may be commissioned. Once booked, 2-3 bespoke script options will be drafted for your selection, ensuring your calligraphy feels entirely your own.

How does it work?

Mail us your approved paper for your project*, and we will hand calligraph your items before returning them to you. We service & ship worldwide.

*Please note: We will not begin your project until we receive your mailed materials and your completed guest list.

Paper Check:
If you want to confirm your paper’s quality, brand, weight, or type, click “Get Started” and provide your details in the comment section. This ensures we deliver the best handwritten results. We can also source your envelopes for an additional fee.

Pro Tip: The thicker the envelope, the better the quality of calligraphy. Paper weight is usually listed in pounds (lb.).

How soon should you book?

To ensure your preferred spot on our calendar, we recommend submitting your inquiry early, even if your mailing date is 4-6 months away.

• Save-the-dates & invitations: Book as early as possible

• Reception day-of pieces or other calligraphy projects: Book as soon as you decide to work with us.

Turnaround Time: Standard projects take 2-3 weeks, not including shipping. Need it sooner? Contact us— we may accommodate for an additional rush fee.

Payment

A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at booking to secure your spot. Once we receive your materials and guest list, the remaining balance will be billed before the project begins.

All standard orders ship via FedEx Ground or International.

• A Pantone Uncoated swatch number

• Or mail a swatch sample with your materials for a custom match

Please note: Because colors are mixed by hand, they may vary slightly from your swatch or screen. Monitors display colors differently, so slight variations are normal.
